Why do you need to register to use thru2u?

Thru2u is a service provided exclusively to our members and we are committed to protecting their privacy. When you register, you become a member, too, and you receive the same privacy protections. Requiring registration has the added benefit of discouraging spammers from using our service.

Where is thru2u going from here?

While thru2u is in its beta phase, the service is fully functional and has passed our initial tests. As we get feedback from you, we'll be making improvements and adding new features. Our plan is to make this the first place you look on the Internet when you need to find someone. Please let us know what you think.

Why do cookies need to be enabled to use the member features of the site?

When you visit our website, we give your computer a number which allows us to remember who you are as you go from page to page on the site after you log in. This is known as an expiring "session cookie" and is common industry practice. It presents no security risk and nothing is permanently saved on your computer. If you prefer not to accept this cookie, you will be limited to the non-member areas of the site.
