Important notes: Policy information is taken straight from the merchant's web site, but is usually only an excerpt of the most important points. We attempt to be as accurate and up-to-date as possible, but sometimes things change faster than we can update them. Be sure to check the merchant's latest policies on their site before ordering. Also, online policies may differ from in-store policies.
Basic Return Policy
• Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 30 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA).
• If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have. See the Manufacturer Contact List at the bottom of this page.
• You will not be refunded your original shipping fees on a non-defective product.
• Many of the items we sell have Special Return Policies. See the appropriate policy below to see if items you purchase are affected.
The Disney Store return policy
We proudly provide the finest quality products to all our customers; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us, and we will refund your credit card account for the entire amount less shipping charges. Please be advised that all art and collectible purchases, including our collectible Mini Bean Bag Plush, will be accepted for exchange or return only if returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All other merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed.
The Company Store return policy
If for any reason, you're not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit within six months of purchase (excluding delivery and service charges). After six months, items may be returned for a merchandise credit.
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked.
Returning Merchandise
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

When you purchase something on homedepot.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we make it easy.
There are two simple ways to make a return
- Use the handy UPS return form on the bottom of your receipt to return your item. Drop the package at a UPS pickup station and they'll return your shipment free of charge. We'll issue a credit to the original credit card used when you placed your order.
- If there's no UPS pickup station near you, simply call us at 1-800-430-3376 and we'll arrange for UPS to pick up your package and return it free of charge. We'll issue a credit to the original credit card used when you placed your order.
Return Policy Basics
- Items purchased on homedepot.com cannot be returned to our stores (including The Home Depot, EXPO Design Center, The Floor Store, Home Depot Supply, Home Depot Landscape Supply or any other retail store location)
- A copy of the customer receipt or UPS return form must accompany all returns
- Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition
- A refund will be issued only to the original credit card

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims

J.Crew will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, on all merchandise purchased from our catalog, over the internet, or from our retail and factory stores. As always, we fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card. We will deduct $4.95 from your order refund for return postage. What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not absolutely pleased with your purchase — for any reason — we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Simply return the item to us within 60 days via insured parcel post or UPS to T.S.I. Returns, 2901-A W 60th St., Little Rock, AR 72209. You can also return products to any of our more than 115 stores nationwide. From sharperimage.com you can look for the store nearest you by selecting "store locations" from the bottom of any page.
We ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. (A few advanced-technology products, such as cameras, have a 30-day return privilege.) A receipt must accompany all returns.

Return Policy: target.direct
An online receipt or packing slip dated within 90 days is required for all returns. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
Visit our online Returns Center for easy step-by-step instructions on how to return your item. To make an exchange, simply return your item (see below), then order the item you'd like.
For target.com items:
Most items on target.com can be returned to a Target Store or by mail. Please note that shipping and handling and gift wrap charges cannot be refunded when returning items to a store. target.com does carry a select assortment of Web-exclusive items that can be returned only via mail.
Some items cannot be returned if opened, including music, movies, video games, software and collectibles. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, including camcorders, digital cameras, portable DVD, portable electronics, framed art, gas-powered scooters and hot tubs purchased from target.com. Returns on TVs 40 inches or larger cannot be accepted without original packaging. Other restrictions may apply.
Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.
All other returns or exchanges — including those without receipt — will be offered manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance at 1-800-303-0308.
GiftCards, e-GiftCards and Phone Cards cannot be returned.
If you do not have your receipt for a store return, in most instances, Target stores can verify purchases made within the last 90 days on a store account, credit card, check or GiftCard using our unique Receipt Look up system.

To Return an Item to a Wal-Mart Store
- Take the item with all original packaging and accessories plus the invoice to Customer Service at your local Wal-Mart.
- An Associate will issue a credit to the original credit card or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
Please note: Computer hardware and components, heavy or large items that are identified as oversize on their item description pages, and perishable products, such as flowers and food, cannot be returned to a store. See Other Return Details below for instructions.
To Return an Item by Mail
- Fill out the Reason for Return section on the back of your invoice.
- Box the item securely. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
- Use the provided prepaid return label and mail the package via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
- We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.
Please note: Items purchased in a Wal-Mart store or a SAM'S Club cannot be returned or exchanged by mail. See Other Return Details below.
To Return a Gift That You Received
- If you return a gift to a Wal-Mart store, an Associate will issue a credit to your credit card or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
- If you return a gift by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original credit card. A gift is not exchangeable by mail.
Other Return Details
- Custom Window Blinds: For information about returning custom blinds, please see our returns policy for custom window blinds.
- Electronic and Plastic Shopping Cards: Wal-Mart Shopping Cards are not returnable or refundable.
- Computer Hardware and Components: Computer hardware and components must be returned by mail with any included software within 15 days of receipt.
- Electronics: Electronics items, except for computer hardware and components, must be returned within 90 days of receipt. See above for computer hardware and components returns.
- Media: CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes, video games and computer software must be returned unopened within 45 days of receipt.
- Books: Books must be returned unused and unmarked within 45 days of receipt.
- Table Games and Treadmills: Oversize table games and treadmills must be returned within 30 days of receipt via ground freight. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-966-6546.
- Perishables: To return perishable items, such as flowers and food, please call Customer Service at 1-800-966-6546.
- Mattresses: Mattresses must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-966-6546 for further instructions.
- Oversize Items: Some heavy or large items that are identified as oversize on their item description pages must be returned via ground freight. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-966-6546.
- Gas-Powered Items: Due to carrier restrictions, gas-powered items, including but not limited to lawn mowers and pressure washers, cannot be returned by mail. Before returning the item to your local Wal-Mart store, please make sure that all tanks are completely empty of any flammable liquids (gas, oil).
- If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will issue credit for any applicable shipping and gift wrapping charges.
To Exchange an Item by Mail To exchange an item by mail, please fill out the Items to Be Exchanged section on the back of our invoice, indicating the item you are returning and the new item you would like sent. Enclose this information with your return. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item. For example, give the item name, color, size, etc. The item returned will be credited to the original credit card and the new item(s) will be charged to the same card. Gift items are not exchangeable. If returned, they will be credited to the original credit card. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
A gift that you received is not exchangeable by mail. If a gift is returned by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original credit card.
